Shipping
Netherlands
We work together with DHL and PostNL to deliver our candles within the Netherlands. The delivery cost is automatically determined by the products you buy. For example, our Tea Lights fit in a mailbox delivery but if you add a full size candle your delivery will automatically be upgraded to a Package Delivery. In both cases you’ll be able to track your package and it will be delivered within 1-4 work days.

You will receive free shipping when your order total is above €65, just select the ‘free shipping’ option at check out!
Click & Collect in Groningen
We are offering Click & Collect again! This means you can come pick up your package for free. After you placed your order, we’ll email you to make an appointment for you to come pick it up at our atelier (Langestraat 144, Groningen).
Europe (EU)
Within Europe we work with DHL to deliver our candles. We offer Track&Trace so you can see when it will arrive at it’s destination. The cost for this service is €15 per package and most packages will be delivered within 2-7 work days. The closer the destination is to The Netherlands (where we are located) the sooner it will arrive.

Worldwide
Sadly, we do not ship outside of the European Union yet. We do have plans to widen our shipping area so keep an eye on our website and socials!
